TRAMPOLINE - 5 to 15 years
Children learn fun trampolining routines during Bigair Gyms Trampoline Classes. The routines consist of trampolining skills, which are performed sequentially and follow a 1-10 level programme, becoming more complex and challenging with each progressive level. These classes are designed for children 5yrs and above. Children love learning trampolining skills and tricks, and the fitness benefits of a class like this are so valuable!
Trampoline classes are a great way to learn a variety of rotating, jumping, and tumbling skills in a lightweight and safe environment. These classes run for 60 minutes and focus on safety and technique, covering skills starting with drops and jump combinations, and progressing to more advanced skills such as summersaults and twisting. Trampoline classes are excellent for fun and fitness, allowing children to advance at their own pace while working with a coach!
Children who enjoy playing on trampolines will love learning skills in trampoline classes, which they can then practice further at home. Trampolining helps develop flexibility, strength, core engagement and form, body awareness, self-confidence, and a sense of achievement. Children also learn other valuable skills through these classes, including increased confidence, communication and listening skills, responding to, and applying feedback, plus resilience, determination, and a sense of pride and accomplishment as they master new skills!
Families with three siblings attending a term of Bigair Gym Classes are eligible for a 10% discount. To receive the discount, bookings must be made directly through the Bigair Gym office. Please call the office to make your booking if you are eligible for this discount.
